The private messages part of the forum has got different options

INBOX
SENT ITEMS
DRAFTS
TRASH CAN

The best thing to do is comparing with your email programm, but here all functions has got another name.

inbox: place where the PM's arrived
sent items: PM you has send
drafts: unfinished PM's (saved)
trash can: deleted PM's

When you delete a PM in the inbox, sent items and drafts, it goes to the trash can.

You can switch to another folder (inbox, sent items, drafts and trash can) you use the jump to function.

If you wanne delete or move a PM you use the move to or delete function. The PM's you wanne delete or moving you had to mark first. Remember when a message is deleted from inbox, sent items and drafts it will come in trash can.

So if you wanne delete the trash can folder:
1. jump to trash can
2. mark PM's you wanne delete
3. delete

Now you also have a counter of posted pm's.
We regornized that some people never deleted any of the pm's.
There where people with up to 400 pm's in the list to much.
Totaly there are 12400 undeleted pm's on the forum, I think 8000 to much.
This cost a big part of webspace.
For users is a maximum of 40 saved pm allowed (also send pm's will be counted)
Moderators 50 pm's
Admins 100 pm's

So important is to delete regulary not importants pms.
Later I will check if it is possible to make the allowed pm's higher.
